About Us
Harvesters
International Mission, Inc. (HIM) is an international, not-for-profit
ministry dedicated to spreading the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ
world-wide. We want to say "Thank you!" for visiting our home on the web!
Our History ►
Harvesters International Mission, Inc., was established on July 3, 1988, as
Bradenton Christian Center, Inc., a local, not-for-profit, missions-minded
fellowship to be located in Bradenton, Florida, and founded by Pastor Vivian D.
Watts as an outreach of Abbot Loop Christian Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
The present name of Harvesters International Mission, Inc., and the expanded focus of the ministry was adopted on August 4, 1998, as Bradenton Christian Center's leadership recognized that, after ministering for 10 years as a local church, the course of the ministry was being directed towards operating foremost as a support organization for world-wide missions. Since that time, Harvesters International Mission, Inc. (or "HIM") has been an active ministry assisting in spreading the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ primarily to the people of the Philippines. This has only been possible due to the Grace of God upon the ministry and the faithful and generous gifts of those who have supported the ministry since its inception.
We hope that you will
come back and visit often to learn how God is using this ministry to further His
kingdom...and how you are able to
partner
with us in spreading the Gospel to those whom you, most likely, would not
otherwise be able to reach.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for more
information.
May God richly bless you as you seek to do His will!
