February 4, 2008 ► Ramon and Debbie Abalos have been ministering in Thailand with a team from Fellowship of Believers for the past couple of weeks and will travel from there to the Philippines in a couple of days before returning to the States at the end of the month. They report from Thailand:

. . . We had a successful marriage seminar here in Chiang Mai [Thailand]. The team did really well and ministered to the audience. We saw them touched and cried as they poured out their hearts to us and unto the Lord. It's wonderful to minister to the missionaries that are ministering in this part of the world. The Lord has used the team [from FOB] to open up and share our hearts. [From] The experience we had in the field, we learned that most of them are going through the same things. We give God the glory and all the praises on the success of the marriage seminar . . .

October 27, 2007 ► Ramon and Debbie Abalos have safely returned from three weeks of ministering in the Philippines.

November 10, 2007 ► As I'm sure most of you have heard by now, Ramon's mother went home to be with the Lord earlier this week, so Ramon and Debbie will be leaving for the Philippines earlier than originally scheduled. (They will now be leaving this coming Wednesday, November 14, 2007.) Please keep them lifted in prayer during this time, as they spend time with family and as they are traveling and ministering over the next few weeks. (They are presently scheduled to return around December 10th.) Due to Ramon and Debbie not being here on Friday the 16th, it seems appropriate to reschedule the HIM fellowship to a future date following their return to the States in December. We will let you know the date once it is decided upon and are hopeful most of us can manage to get together at that time.

October 27, 2007 ► HIM Ambassadors and International Directors Ramon and Debbie Abalos are scheduled for a trip to the Philippines after Thanksgiving. Please keep them and their upcoming trip lifted in prayer in the coming weeks. (More information will be posted at a later date.)

October 22, 2007 ► As Zebulun e-mailed to you all, it's been a while since we all got together, so 6 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2007, has been set as the time for HIM's Board of Directors to get together and just fellowship at the new Abalos homestead! Fellowship, prayer, food, fun . . . it'll be GREAT! We realize not everyone can make it, but hope it's convenient for most of you. Please let Zebulun, Debbie or Greg know by November 9th if you plan on joining us . . . we sure hope to see you there! (Google Map & Directions.)

January 6, 2007 ► Although now residing in the United States, Ramon and Debbie Abalos (Missionaries to the Philippines for over 20 years and International Directors for Harvesters International Mission, Inc.) have merely moved their base of operations to the States. Their activity in the foreign mission field has not stopped due to this planned transition! They still need our prayers and support as they continue their active and vital role in their ministry overseas as well as their continuing work in the building of this ministry to support other deserving missionaries and ministries. Please prayerfully continue your support of the work the Abalos family is continuing from their new home base. The need has not diminished as they continue ministering to the spiritual needs of the people of the Philippines!
